Reilly Concrete Pumping - UK Fleet Of Concrete Pumps For Hire
The current, large fleet at Reilly Concrete Pumping includes both truck mounted and trailer mounted pumps along with some highly specialised units. The diversity and flexibility of the fleet enables us to offer our customers efficient concrete placement, thus saving them time and manpower.
Truck Mounted Concrete Pumps
These are mainly Schwing
manufacture in our fleet but we also have some Putzmeister and Klein units.
Boom sizes range from 16 metres to 52 metres.
The 'flagship' of our fleet is a 52 metre Schwing (5 section boom) concrete pump on Mercedes 8x4 chassis. Suited to high/long reach pumping requirements this pump is much in demand and services many specialised site operations throughout the UK.
The fleet includes many other sizes of boom - eg. we have
two specialist truck-mounted booms - a 40 metre (4 section rollfold) and
a 32 metre (5 section) which are ideal for
pumping concrete inside buildings. Then for mid to long reach pumping operations
we have 38 metre, 36 metre and 36/34 metre boom units, all truck mounted.

31 metre SCHWING telescopic boom - another specialized unit where the boom can be steplessly lengthened up to 5 metres more, even while it's pumping. 24 metre (4 section, Z fold) - a highly versatile boom of which there are several in the current fleet. Pumping concrete within any restricted space can be a difficult task where ceilings are perhaps only 5 metres high or within a limited outdoor area.

The 'reasoned' technology of the 4-section KVM 23-4H placing boom affords unparalleled possibiliites where working space is restricted. Concrete can be placed with hanging end hose anywhere within the range between the maximum reach of the boom and the front edge of the vehicle. Wider working ranges for the placement of concrete are also achieved in building construction.
Trailer Mounted (Static) Concrete Pumps
There are currently 6 no. SCHWING trailer pumps in the Reilly fleet
including 2 units of the specialized, high pressure pumps model WP 1250.
We can also offer hire of concrete placing booms to compliment the trailer
pumps for high rise building work.

This custom built unit is new to the Reilly fleet and has been developed for specialized use on sites with limited access. A Putzmeister static pump mounted on Volvo 1250 chassis, it is just 2.5m wide and has no outriggers so can pump concrete from an unusually narrow access point. Ideal for basement pours.
All of our concrete pump operators are CITB trained. CPCS & NVQ2 Level. They are also in radio contact with the office at all times. Reilly Concrete Pumping has also its own Concrete Pump Operator Test Centre CITB approved Centre No 4780.
